MetroHealth: Reduce Disparity

About This Project

We worked closely with CASE/MetroHealth (Cleveland, Ohio) to develop a web presence for their Center for Reducing Health Disparities – a community of Researchers, Educators, and Community Groups Partnering to Reduce Disparities in Cleveland and Beyond.

This project has evolved to include member registration/login for accessing shared resources and giving feedback on the program.
